Research Assistant
Michael is originally from a small town in Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Illinois University in 2014 and a Master’s in Forestry from the University of British Columbia in 2019. He was hired at the Pulp and Paper Centre in 2020 and is transitioned to the ERMP team in 2022. His research interests center around sustainability, from paper cup recycling to novel bio foam products to the applications of micro fibrillated cellulose.
